Primavera Training Offerings:

This course is designed to give current users a more in depth look at the software. The lessons can be performed independent of one another to allow flexibility in the course. Many of the lessons will aid the project office in determining how to setup users, maintain security, and define global data items, such as calendars and activity codes. Other lessons will aid project managers in creating budgets, modifying multiple activities using global change and performing extensive earned value analysis. Many options for sharing project information will be covered including: Project Website, project check input and project import /export.

Course Syllabus

NOTE: This course is taught across all Primavera Project and Portfolio Management applications. Construction data is used to illustrate functionality in this course.

Prerequisites: Fundamental Project Management Training, Project Management Basic Course (102), and knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
