Colonial Systems software is ODBC compliant and is based on a total open architecture. What does this mean to you? It means we support a variety of hardware platforms and databases. By conforming to industry standards CSI has provided the most flexible product on the market. We allow you to be in the driver’s seat when selecting hardware rather than forcing you into narrow standards.

Colonial Systems uses industry standard databases. Informix, Microsoft SQL, Oracle and Sybase SQL Anywhere are all currently in use by our customers.

Are you looking for custom reporting? Because we use industry standard databases, your choice of report writers is endless. Two of the most popular among our customers are Crystal Report Writer and Microsoft Access.
