Fully Integrated
The module is fully integrated with the accounting software. When rents
are posted in the Property Management module, accounts receivable invoices
are created. When operating expenses are entered in the accounts payable
module they are automatically applied to the tenant. When creating property
budgets the system automatically refers back the lease setup. This integration
