Managing subcontracts is vital to the control of most contractors. CSI has provided for complete control over this portion of your business. Subcontracts are setup to specify the details of your contract with your vendor. Which line items on your budget the subcontractor is completing and for how much money.

Costs are applied to subcontracts during accounts payable invoice entry.

Insurance information can be tracked for each subcontract to ensure that all information is kept up to date. The accounts payable module constantly checks the insurance information to ensure that checks are not cut to subcontractors if their insurance has expired.
